Garlic Naan

The most ordered bread on any Indian menu, and deservedly. Soft tandoor-baked naan pressed with fresh minced garlic and brushed with butter, finished with cilantro. The garlic browns against the hot clay wall and turns sweet and toasted rather than sharp, so it's fragrant without being harsh. No heat at all — the crowd-pleaser for any table.
